      为详细揭示羊栖菜有性生殖、无性生殖和营养生殖的繁殖生物学特征和生活史流程,本文分别以温州市洞头区人工养殖羊栖菜和自然野生羊栖菜为研究样本,在现有羊栖菜繁殖生物学特征和生活史流程文献报道基础上,详细记录了羊栖菜卵、精子和受精卵的减数分裂和有丝分裂过程,假根、茎(主茎和侧生茎)、叶(气囊)和生殖托(雌托和雄托)等四类器官生长、发育和分化过程,以及胚、幼孢子体和成熟孢子体形态结构特征。在此基础上对现有羊栖菜繁殖生物学特征及生活史流程进行了补充和修正,增加了羊栖菜营养生殖的相关内容,并重新绘制了羊栖菜有性生殖及无性生殖生活史流程图。该研究结果将为开展羊栖菜养殖生态学研究,深层次解析羊栖菜生殖节律、种群繁衍与环境关系奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      To reveal the comprehensively reproductive biology characteristics and life cycle of sexual, asexual and vegetative reproductions of brown alga Sargassum fusiformis, the meiosis and mitosis of the eggs, sperm and fertilized eggs were recorded in detail using maricultural and natural S. fusiformis in Dongtou coastal waters, based on the existed literatures on its reproductive biology and life history. In addition, the growth, development and differentiation of four types of organs such as rhizoids, stems (main stem and lateral stem), leaves (air-bladders ) and receptacles (female and male), as well as the morphology and structure features of embryos, young and mature sporophytes of S. fusiformis was studied. On this basis, the existing reproductive biology and life cycle of S. fusiformis were partially supplemented and revised, the content of vegetative reproduction of S. fusiforme was added, and the life cycle diagrams of sexual and asexual reproduction of S. fusiforme were redrawn. The results established a foundation in the study of the maricultural ecology and the reproductive rhythm of S. fusiformis, as well as the population reproduction and its relationship to environmental factors.
