      [目的]本试验旨在研究低聚壳聚糖对中华绒鳌蟹生长性能、体成分、非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力的影响。[方法]试验选用个体均匀、初均重为16.20±1.30 g的中华绒螯蟹288只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只,分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0、25、50和100 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖的试验日粮,正式试验为期56 d。[结果]结果显示:与对照组相比,50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖组中华绒鳌蟹的饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05),可食内脏指数显著提高(P<0.05);50 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖组降低了中华绒鳌蟹肌肉和可食内脏中粗脂肪含量(P<0.05),提高了中华绒鳌蟹肌肉和可食内脏中超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性(P<0.05);与对照组相比,50 mg/kg低聚壳聚糖组中华绒鳌蟹碱性磷酸酶和酚氧化酶的活力显著提高(P<0.05);[结论]结果表明:添加低聚壳聚糖能够提高中华绒鳌蟹生长性能、非特异性免疫和抗氧化能力,降低机体脂肪沉积,其适宜添加量为50 mg/kg。

      [Objectives] This study was aimed to investigate the effects of dietary oligo-chitosan supplementation on growth performance, body composition, non-specific immunity, and antioxidant capacity of Chinese mitten crabs (Eriochier sinensis). [Methods] A total of 288 crabs with individual integrity and an average initial weight of 16.20±1.30 g were allocated into 4 groups with 6 replicates of 12 crabs each, and fed a basal diet supplemented with 0 (control group), 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg oligo-chitosan, and the formal trial was 56 days. [Results] Compared with the control group, dietary supplementation with 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg oligo-chitosan reduced the feed conversion ratio of Chinese mitten crabs (P<0.05), and increase the edible visceral index (P<0.05); The inclusion of 50 mg/kg oligo-chitosan reduced the crude fat content of the muscles and edible visceral (P<0.05), increase the superoxide dismutase and catalase activities of muscles and edible visceral (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, dietary supplementation with 50 mg/kg oligo-chitosan increase the alkaline phosphatase and phenoloxidase activities of Chinese mitten crabs (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The results suggested that the addition of oligo-chitosan could improve the growth performance, non-specific immunity and antioxidant capacity, decrease the body crude fat content. The optimal level of supplemented oligo-chitosan in the diet was 50 mg/kg.
