      本文将VIIRS/DNB卫星遥夜间灯光图像作为研究渔业船舶动态的数据来源,分析处理了黄海海域2016年间共719幅夜间灯光影像,根据黄海海域特点确定阈值提取出夜间作业渔船的灯光点位信息,并结合中韩渔业协定区及黄海海域13个渔场分布特点对渔船灯光点密度时空变动及季节性变化进行分析。结果显示黄海夜间渔业灯光分布季节变化显著,四季的渔船活跃度呈现秋季>春季>夏季>冬季的态势。识别到的灯光点数量韩国侧水域最多,中国侧水域次之,中韩协定区水域最少,结合夜间灯光点密度分布图可看到韩方一侧水域秋季作业强度高分布范围广,而其他季节作业强度适中,仅有少量高度密集点在沿岸分布;中方一侧水域夏冬作业强度低,春秋作业强度高,整体密集程度较低但分布范围广阔。研究结果为黄海渔业资源评估及国际间合作与管理提供新的数据参考。

      This paper used VIIRS/DNB image as the data source for studying the dynamics of fishery vessels, a total of 719 nighttime light images were recorded and analyzed in the Yellow Sea area in 2016. According to the characteristics of the Yellow Sea, multiple thresholds were taken to extract the light points of night fishing boats, then analyzed the spatial-temporal changes and seasonal changes of fishing boat light points density combined with thirteen fishing zones. The results show that the seasonal distribution of fishery lights in the Yellow Sea is significant, and the fishing activity of the four seasons shows the trend of autumn > spring > summer > winter. The number of identified light points is the largest in Korean side waters, followed by Chinses side waters, and the waters in Fisheries Agreement Area are the least. Combined with the night light density distribution map, it can be seen that the Korean side waters have a high range of operating intensity in autumn and other seasons. The intensity is moderate, only a small number of highly dense core fishery areas are distributed along the coast; the Chinese side waters have low intensity in summer and winter, high intensity in spring and autumn, with low overall density but wide distribution. The results provide new data reference for the Yellow Sea fishery resource assessment and international cooperation.
