      在水产配合饲料生产中,油脂一般以液态形式添加到饲料原料中或者在真空环境中喷涂到饲料颗粒上。目前,有关脂肪粉在水产饲料中的应用报道很少。为此,本研究以豆油(SO, 亚油酸:亚麻酸=9:1)和一种由豆油和菜籽油等组成的复合油(BO, 亚油酸:亚麻酸=5:1)为脂肪源,分别以液态(SOl、BOl)和粉末(SOp、BOp)形式添加到饲料原料中制备4种配合饲料。以这4种配合饲料在室内水族箱中养殖平均初始体重为15.38g的罗非鱼幼鱼8周后,脂肪粉饲料(SOp、BOp)投喂组的生长性能(如增重率、特定生长率)均优于相应的液态油饲料(SOl、BOl)组,但无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。BOp投喂组鱼的血清甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平及过氧化氢酶活性都显著低于SOl组(P < 0.05),说明脂肪粉饲料有益于鱼的健康。BOp投喂组鱼的肌肉品质指标(如硬度)显著高于SOl组(P < 0.05)。肝脏和肌肉的脂肪酸组成各组间差异不大。这些结果表明,相较于液态油饲料,脂肪粉饲料养殖的罗非鱼展现出改善生长、健康及肌肉品质的特点。结合脂肪粉具有包装、运输、储存、添加方便等优点,值得在水产饲料及养殖生产中进行推广应用。

      In the production of aquafeeds, exogenous liquid oils are usually added directly or by vacuum coating. However, few reports were seen about the application of fat powders in aquaculture. In this study, with soybean oil (SO, linoleic acid: linolenic acid = 9:1) and blend oil consisting of soybean oil and colleseed oil (BO, linoleic acid: linolenic acid = 5:1) as dietary lipids, four formulated feeds were prepared by adding SO or BO in liquid (SOl, BOl) or powder (SOp and BOp) forms. After the tilapia juveniles (GIFT Oreochromis niloticus) were fed with the diets for 8 weeks, the growth performance such as weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed coefficient in fish fed fat powder diets (SOp and BOp) were better than those fed the corresponding liquid oils diets (SOl, BOl), but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The serum levels of triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in fish fed BOp were significantly lower than those fed Sol, while the catalase activity of BOp group was significantly higher than that of SOl group (P < 0.05). The muscle quality index like hardness in fish fed SOp and BOp was significantly higher than that fed SOl or BO (P < 0.05). The fatty acid composition in liver and muscle showed no significant difference among the four dietary groups. These results indicate that tilapia fed the fat powder diets exhibited better effects on growth, health and muscle quality compared with fish fed the liquid oil diets. Combined with the advantages of packaging, transportation, storage and adding, fat powder is worth popularizing and applying in aquatic feed and aquaculture production.
