      低鱼粉饲料是保持对虾养殖可持续发展的重要因素之一,如何保持低鱼粉饲料养殖对虾的生长性能和抗逆能力,是对虾营养饲料研究的热点。本研究在含10%鱼粉的基础饲料中,分别添加酶解豆粕0%(A)、2.5%(B)、3.5%(C)、4.5%(D)、5.5%(E)制成5组等氮等能饲料。以各组饲料分别投喂初始体重为(0.450±0.002)g的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)幼虾8周,探究低鱼粉饲料中添加酶解豆粕对淡水养殖条件下凡纳滨对虾生长和抗胁迫能力的影响。结果表明:8周养殖试验结束后各试验组对虾的终末体重介于14.65-15.38g/尾,各组间对虾增重率、存活率和饲料系数指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对各处理组对虾肌肉常规组成分析,D组(4.5%PSM)对虾肌肉粗蛋白质含量显著高于A组(0% PSM)( P <0.05),其余各组间粗蛋白质、总脂肪、灰分和水分均无显著差异 (P>0.05)。对虾肝胰腺消化酶活力检测表明,D组(4.5%PSM)和E组(5.5%PSM)对虾蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力均显著高于A组(0%PSM) (P<0.05)。D组(4.5%PSM)对虾的血清溶菌酶活力显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),E组(5.5% PSM)对虾血清T-SOD活力显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),A组(0% PSM)对虾血清丙二醛含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。人工急性感染高剂量副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio Parahaemolyticus)的胁迫试验中,A组(0%PSM)对虾在弧菌感染48h和60h时的累计死亡率均显著高于D组(4.5%PSM)对虾同期累计死亡率(P<0.05)。低剂量副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio Parahaemolyticus)人工急性感染后,在对虾鳃组织中检测Toll受体、IMD和溶菌酶三种免疫相关基因的表达量,结果表明,对虾Toll受体、IMD和溶菌酶mRNA表达量最大峰值分别出现在添加酶解豆粕的C组(3.5% PSM)、B组(2.5% PSM)和D组(4.5% PSM),峰值出现时刻分别为感染后24h、42h和24h。

      An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary proteolytic soybean meal (PSM) levels on the growth and stress resistance performances of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. Five isonitrogenous and isolipidic low-fishmeal experimental diets were formulated with graded PSM levels [A (0%, control), B (2.5%), C (3.5%), D (4.5%), and E (5.5%), respectively]. The results indicated that dietary proteolytic soybean meal did not significantly (P > 0.05) affect growth performance of L.vannamei. Juveniles fed with 4.5% PSM showed significantly higher crude protein content in muscle than the control group. It’s worth noting that dietary PSM significantly affected the digestive enzymes in hepatopancreas of white shrimp. Group D (4.5% PSM) and group E (5.5% PSM) showed significantly (P < 0.05) higher protease, amylase, and lipase than the control group. Moreover, the lysozyme and antioxidant capacity in serum also showed similar significantly higher results when compared the groups D and E to the control group. A cumulative mortality for resistance against activated Vibrio Parahaemolyticus infection revealed better performance in dietary PSM groups than the control group. After infected with inactivated V. Parahaemolyticus, genes of Toll receptor, IMD, and lysozyme in gill tissues showed the highest expression levels in group C (3.5% PSM), group B (2.5% PSM), and group D (4.5% PSM), respectively. Based on these results, we suggest that regulating PSM levels in low-fishmeal diets could not improve growth performance. Dietary 4.5% PSM supplementation in the diet is recommended depending on the better performance on digestive enzyme activities, antioxidant capacity, and stress resistant when compared to the control group.
